Handwriting analysis is looking at someone's handwriting and picking out characteristics of it. They use this a lot when they solve crimes. They a suspect's handwriting then have them write something else and see if the handwriting matches. There are many different characteristics of handwriting. You can see if they write in cursive or print, if they connect some of their letters, or where they cross their t's. Handwriting analysis can get very specific. Someone might have breaks in certain letters. They may also slant their writing one way or the other. Handwriting can be very very important to solving crimes.
